BTW I only got involved in this because we tried to implement type
conversion in PostgreSQL database adapter.  (Currently if you try to use
the SQLScript Test page for a SQL query that returns a date/time value,
you'll get an exception when the page template stuff tries to render a
mxDateTime returned by psycopg).  I do not have real use cases for
time-of-day type handy (except "writing an interface to a database" ;-).
