Hi,

on Stefans request, I fixed the ApplicationController. There was a
problem with the AbsoluteURL view, and Jim helped me fixing it.

Now for the tests, I copied the case from SiteAbsoluteURL (which is
somewhat similar, as we derived the ApplicationControlAbsoluteURL from
it) but can't find neither working nor resonable cases. I added some
from the original cases and modified them, but they don't pass, and I
don't know how to go on.=20

I would be very glad if someone could take a look on
Zope.App.OFS.ApplicationControl.test.testAbsoluteURL in the branch
"ctheune-fix_appcontrol-branch".
