I agree heartily with Brad's goal, but also I think it's a strength of the 
wiki that you can quickly jot down rough notes when that's all you've got, and 
add polish and refinement later. Let's not lose that. Of course we should do 
all we can to facilitate that later step.

I'd like to get permission to create page templates in that folder, so that I 
could fix the skin problems and enable quick access keys and other features 
that would help Stephan and other wiki gardeners. A zwiki upgrade on zope.org 
would also be helpful, eg for subtopics display which makes the wiki 
organization more apparent.
