| I see two solutions off of the top of my head:

| a) Have a separate products_ftesting.zcml included by ftesting.zcml 
| which is in .cvsignore
| b) Have a ftesting.zcml.in and put in ftesting.zcml in core (just like 
| products.zcml[.in])

I would prefer (b).
