[Zope3-dev] Odd test run: "exception polling in loop(): (9, 'Bad file descriptor')"

I have been running my Zope 3 tests a few times and got this odd result 
just once. :-(  Notice the fifth line.

I didn't find anything about this in a search so perhaps it's not been 
noticed before?

Anything I can do to change my test runner to give more useful 
information about what might be causing this?
