Maybe I'm doing things more complicated than they need to be, but I use the
src="../static" to be able to load the file locally in the browser (quick
previews, develop), and I use the tal:attributes="src static/.." for zope
to generate the "full-qualified" urls when serving the page.

I'm using grok, and "static" is something like a "ressource directory" in
vanilla zope.
