[zope3-i18n] Zope 3.1.0-final POT uploaded

Hi Philipp,

I updated the german translation and uploaded it to launchpad.net and to the 3.1 
branch.

I left out six messages:

A Pluggable Authentication Persistent Authentication Plugin
Browser Form Challenger
${num} robot unit
Add Pluggable Authentication
Credentials Plugins
Authenticator Plugins

because I'm not quite sure how to translate them in this moment.
