Note that the book has since been technically edited. I did not yet have the 
time to merge the edited version of the book back into the master documents. 
In fact, I think I will just wait till I get the final edited versions of the 
chapters before doing the merge (which will be a lengthy and annoying job).

It should be in there now.

Right, this is because the book was originally written for a different way of 
doing releases. The book has been adjusted in its latest version to always 
talk about the release.
