[Zope3-Users] newbie question

Hi,

I wanna develop a site for managing content using workflow, where can i
find any document about zope3 workflow,

i add <implements ..../> as chapter 20 (Approval Workflow for Messages)
of Zope3book, but runzope told me no implements directive.

silly question, :(, anyone can help me.
