I found the test file. It's InstanceFolder/bin/test and there's also 
InstanceFolder/bin/test.bat

Well, I called it with what follows:

D:\ZopeIstanza>bin\test.bat --dir src\book\messageboard
Total: 0 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors

D:\ZopeIstanza>
