No - it's a simple BrowserView. Just use a standard-page-statement:

<browser:page name="blahblah.html"
   class=".views.AutoFileView"
   permission="zope.View"
/>

BTW: browser:resource is used for 100% static content (CSS-files, icons, images, ...).
