Are you sure that the ZCML you wrote is loaded? You also need to load 
the "configure.zcml". Since hurry.workflow does not provide a SETUP.cfg, you 
have to create a reference yourself. Add a file 
called "hurry.workflow-configure.zcml" into zopeskel/etc/site-packages:

<include package="hurry.workflow" />
