in Baiju's Zope Component Architecture document (http://
www.muthukadan.net/docs/zca.html) I see in "1.2   A brief history" 
section :

[2] link refer to "http://wiki.zope.org/zope3/
LocalComponentManagementSimplification". I read on this page : 

* Status : IsProposal
* Implementation Status : not implemented.

Those information aren't updated ?
