If you're looking to test yourpackage, put the following in a 
buildout.cfg, in the same directory as bootstrap.py:

[buildout]
parts = test

[test]
recipe = zc.recipe.testrunner
eggs =
   yourpackage

Then do:

python bootstrap.py
bin/buildout

You can then run any tests in your package with:

bin/test
