I have added a Software Package to my folder, and created a HowTo and a Software Release.  I am unable to edit/delete these items (the usual rename/cut/copy... buttons are absent from the bottom of the content list).  I am also unable to edit the HowTo - either uploading a file or editing it in the text area in the browser results in an "Insufficient Privileges" message after clicking the Change button.  I've included a screenshot of the first issue.
