The old zwiki skins are now moved, so the links in question
can be renamed.
While this is somewhat painful, I would rather stay on a
known and supported ZWiki version than hack a fix for
this.

I have no idea how to rename a collector issue

Are there any reasons for this comportment ? I personally do not see any.

Further, if it was the matter of only a link, it would be easy.
But on the SprintSchedule page alone, there are already at least 10 broken links. So I really do not see how we could correct by hand the whole wikis...

Yes, a zwiki version issue. Mainstream Zwiki has never supported digits in the middle of wiki names, but does allow them at the end of an otherwise valid WikiName. You could use a [] freeform link but I suggest that page be renamed to EuroPythonSprint2003.
(This can't be done easily until the old wiki skin methods in that folder are removed.)

wikipage links with digits of
http://dev.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ComponentArchitecture/SprintSchedule
are broken : for example see EuroPython2003Sprint link
while it did work in
http://olddev.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ComponentArchitecture/SprintSchedule
FYI
http://dev.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ComponentArchitecture/EuroPython2003Sprint
does exist and work so I suppose it's a matter of Zwiki version
