Ok Wiki Folder is gone, as it should be. The real problem is I can't add a Wiki Page in my member folder, it isn't an option.

I can create a wiki in my member folder by selecting "Wiki Folder" in the plone folder contents view. 
Editing and other page operations bring up the insufficient privileges error.
