  o The second actions box (the one that appears when you are logged
  in, perhaps it should go somewhere else

  o Extra blue line atop "The website for the..." under the logo in
  the top navigation

  o Should H1 on the home page be in blue or black?

  o Should section home pages be shown with [more...] at the end of
  the list, [more...] after the H1, or simply make the title a
  hyperlink?

  o Extra white space along the right edge

  o clean up the right margin on home page (announcements, etc.)

  o The footer area has an extra gray stripe at the top

  o Resolve the "more..." icon mess (on same line, in headings)

  o Mousing over the actions box items adds some padding which shifts
  everything
