Sorry Andreas, but the actual worflow was extensively discussed on Pre-NZO era... :-(

I made a TextIndexNG release some days ago and forgot
to change the state to 'published'...so it remained in
state 'private'. During that period it has been impossible access the frontpage of the software package
as anonymous user..means it has been unaccessible for
lots of users :-(
