Clicking on the breadcrumbs now also render index_html (implicit).

Visiting http://www.zope.org/Members/shh will render my index_html. Fine.

Clicking on the breadcrumbs will send me to http://www.zope.org/Members/shh/view which is *not the same* as index_html. Waaahh!

I guess it's time to finally expose __browser_default__ to the ZMI, or, how am I supposed to change the default view in the current setup?
