With the just-released ZTUtils 1.1.0, you can do this:

<ul tal:define="ztu modules/ZTUtils;
                 objs python:here.objectValues(['Link', 'Favorite']);
                 authobjs python:ztu.LazyFilter(objs, skip='')">
<li tal:repeat="obj authobjs">
