[Zpt] Final spec changes to METAL, TAL and TALES?

Freezing the specs today. What does this mean? Scary stuff I suppose...
I will be refining the specs for more 'formal' presentation (a lawyer's
guide to implementing TAL/TALES and METAL -- no ambiguities and
comprehensive syntax definitions galore).

If I run into any ambiguities, I will use my best judgement to clarify. At
the end of next week, there will be a final 'request for comment' on the
specs. This should just be for niggling details, not major fundamental
design issues.

If you have any fundamental design issues with the specs as they stand,
please voice them today! (Visit TALES and you will see I have at least one
issue mentioned as a comment).
