[ZPT] Is this slot filled?

Is there any way I can know, inside a macro, if slot X was
filled?

Or rather, is there other way to do this?

What I like is roughly:

<dtml-if top_warning>
  <top_warning>
  <hr>
</dtml-if>

so that the hr *only* goes out when the slot is filled.

This is similar to what's done in manage_tabs; if you specify a
message, then a nice box is rendered with your message inside,
but if you don't, you don't get an empty box.
