dtml-if is analogous to a||b; using null&missing there is no
way to "stop at the first existing name with a valid value",
because null by itself raises an exception if the value is
missing.

Of course either way the analogy is incomplete, because what
you're doing with a||b is a lot more powerful (imagine
a||b||c||d||e for example)

DTML has to go :-D I'm thinking about some TALES-based language
for non-*ML text. TATTLETALES? (he he he)
