[ZPT] taller/wider in PageTemplate editing

We've noticed that the taller/wider/etc. buttons are broken in the current
ZPT release. The call to manage_main has no (self, REQUEST) arguments.
We're fixing it locally to make it work - but I wanted to know if it was a
deliberate change, and if so, what's broken in our environment to make it
so?
