[ZPT] Preserve case in XML elements outside Zope

I made a Zope application using ZPT to generate XML, where the XML element names are mixed-case (StUdLyCaPs). Everything worked great.

Then I tried using the same Page Templates outside Zope. They made nice well-formed XML, but the element names came out all-lower-case.

Is there a switch I can throw somewhere to preserve the case of the identifiers?
