[ZPT] Bug with ZPT and Zope 2.3.3?

I have PageTemplate 1.0 and TAL 1.4, and zope 2.3.3 installed via rpm.

I have found a permission problems when trying to access the title of
the root folder. When a PageTemplate tries to access the title it brings
up the password prompt, and won't take any manager password. 

The easiest way to test this is to add a zpt in the root folder  with
the default text and try to view it. I've had the same problem on 2
different servers, with the above versions. 

Anyone else getting this?
