Yes, but why would you want to?  The <dtml-sqlXXX> tags are one of the 
greatest joys of doing SQL with Zope.  Actually, when doing SQL 
Methods, it's very rare that I use the old crew of DTML tags.

You can build SQL with ZPT, but as they say "well, it's your health".
