[ZPT] Valid xhtml tag ?

Hello,

I have created a site using ZPT and it validates ok according to=20
http://validator.w3.org.
But there is one error I cannot get rid of:
   1.  Line 3, column 17:  there is no attribute "xmlns

  <html xmlns:i18n=3D"http://xml.zope.org/namespaces/tal/i18n"

Isn't it a valid xmlns attribute I use ??
