[ZPT] zpt+formulator+DB retrieval

hi all,

We are able to successfully use ZPT + formulator to
enter values into the database.

But problem is arising with the use of formulator
using ZPT to retreive the values from database and its
proper display.

We want the help of the entire community in solving
this issue. Can anyone site any relevant examples
already present in the net as we are unable to find
any.
