Someone else already told you that html quoting is done automatically
for "tal:content" and "tal:replace".

Additionally, "html_quote" (and some other useful functions)
are available via "Products.PythonScripts.standard":

      standard	nocall: modules/Products.PythonScripts.standard;
      html_quote nocall: standard/html_quote;
      "

    </XXX>
