I thought of that; certainly the tax for creating those contexts is
collected now whether or not the template actually needs them.
I'm just a wee bit unclear how to "stay within the lines" in that
section of the codebase. The ZTUtils.Iterator.Iterator class seems to
provide most of the "even/odd/roman/etc." functionality as methods,
which seems as though there is no
