[ZPT] preventing escaping of less-than and greater-thans in

Thanks everyone, the following works:
<option tal:define="r record/name; id record/task_id;"
tal:attributes="label r; value id" tal:content="r" />
I omit the dummy value since I have several dummy values defined elsewhere.
