[Zug-sig] foundation website and the ZUGs

One thing that many ZUGs are interested in is to provide materials on
Zope in their own language.

The Zope Foundation website currently exists only in English. At
EuroPython I spoke to someone from the Russian-speaker Zope user
group, and said the Foundation's existence and website might help him
market Zope ("there's a foundation, the source code is in safe
hands"). He said that wouldn't work for him as his clients frequently
don't speak English.

It might therefore be useful to have a page with a description of what
the foundation is and what it is and translate this into a few
languages. We can then link to these from the front page. This way,
the foundation might be more useful in marketing in some countries.
Would ZUG members be interested in this and helping with the text and
the translations to various languages?

P.S. Since it's still early in the history of this list, I imagine I
