[Zope-Annce] Release Fest!

New versions of Ape_, BTreeFolder2_, CompositePage_, CookieCrumbler_, TCPWatch_, and VerboseSecurity_ were released today. Most of these are bugfix releases, except for CompositePage, which has gone through tremendous changes, and VerboseSecurity, which now requires Zope 2.7.
