[Zope-Annce] www.zope.org host was off the net for 10 hours, is back

As several people have noticed, www.zope.org is back. The problem was some trivial hardware mishandling - an insufficiently seated ethernet cable. Of course, it's quite frustrating for *all* of us when the site is unavailable, and our service provider is properly contrite.
