Encouraging people to take another year ripping them out is silly.
It is the agreed upon policy: step 1 we deprecate the feature and issue deprecation warings indicating when the feature will go away; step 2 we remove the feature.
Why do you not have introduced the deprecation warnings years ago? Do it now at least for Zope 2.11 as you have already removed the code on the trunk.
