This is just a guess, but I doubt it. You'd probably need a DOS port of Python, which would eliminate all the networking code. This is just me, I don't have a 3.1 box, but... you're welcome to try :-)
I'm currently running Zope on Win95 desktop without problems.
I actually meant Win3.11 "Windows for workgroups" which has TCP/IP. Does anyone have any experiences using Win3.11 on laptop or desktop?
