Yes, there is already something in Collector about this.

1. In the win32 version of Zope 2. When IE5 is used as a local client

I've also seen this using the xmlrpc client, so it isn't IE5 specific.

3. Zope is getting confused about some IE5 header in conjunction with the request coming from localhost 4. When another request is made, from anywhere, Zope "gets kicked in the ass" and stops blocking the first request..
