I can't reproduce this failure with a fresh checkout of the 2.11 branch. The rest of the failures are do to a dependeny (in zope.app.security's 'permissions.zcml') on the non-API BTrees iterator classes (the ones used byt the C extensions). I guess I need to merge the branch which would mollify the ZCML :(.
