[Zope-dev] zope.release's bin/upload

      Consider this:

    $ svn info | grep URL
    URL: svn+ssh://svn.zope.org/repos/main/zope.release/branches/3.4

    $ bin/buildout
    ...

    $ bin/upload
    str(object) -> string

    Return a nice string representation of the object.
    If the argument is a string, the return value is the same object.

Can somebody explain to me what's happening here?
