I think not. Their is a difference between compliance and interoperability. Zope 2.4 is very more-or-less complaint with the specs. "more-or-less" means that the Webdav specs are a bit weak in some points. So every client implements its own interpretation of the specs. And this leads to interoperability problems. I checked 2.4 against GoLive, cadaver, sitecopy and M$ Office 2000. Except Office 2000 all clients play very fine with Zope. Office 2K has some very nasty bugs in its Webdav implementation and a strange belief in how filenames should look like (saving a file 'index_html' through webdav does not work because Office 2K always sends webdav commands with 'index_html.' (with trailing dot) to Zope. Andreas ----- Original Message ----- From: "alan runyan" <runyaga@thisbox.com> To: <zope-dev@zope.org> Sent: Donnerstag, 19. is ZOPE making an appearance at the webdav interoperability testing ? Its July 19th and July 20th? it would be really cool to see how 'dav' compliant ZOPE is. here is info: http://webdav.org/other/interop.html
