It is safe to import something if it is allready imported. Python will not 'reimport' the module, it will just use the allready imported one. Thanks ;) I've been thinking more in the line of mucked sys.path or so, but import probably should work ;) (I know, actually, you need to pass the module object to the reload function for python to reload code :) )
