      To cut a long story short. On my win95 machine with netscape 4.5 the
following is viewable when opened as a file. From inside Zope Netscape
produces a file save dialog box.

IE5 doesn't have this problem. The strange characters 0x92 etc come
because I saved as html. Can someone confirm that this is the case.
