I used "ZCA" to refer to the subset of the ZTK used to do the actual component architecture (zope.interface, zope.component, zope.configuration, and dependencies). There is no separately-managed entity called the "ZCA": I have also jokingly referred to it in the past as the "bicycle seat toolkit."
