I'm a great fan of the IRC meetings and the notes, by the way: any tool that helps you get these done is a good thing. However, text is so much more flexible for these reports to the list: the followup quoting issue alone is a big one.
Yeah, I looked through the pdftotext output earlier today as well and figured that I can probably get away with it and a little automated cleanup. I'll try that the next time.
