Looks like it's more that just a tweak, though :-( Do not use streaming HTTP with off-the-shelf Zope 2.1.6. The included ZServer has a thread synchronization problem causing non-deterministic page corruption.
To use the method above, you need to use Zope 2.2.x or at least upgrade ZServer. Dieter
