Anytime the request coming in is bigger than the config variable 'large-file-threshold' (see <INSTANCE_HOME>/etc/zope.conf), the request body is streamed to a temp file. That's because otherwise the whole file gets loaded as a string in the memory, and can possibly take your server down by memory exaustion.
