[Zope-dev] Useful building tools (Windows)

      To add to the stuff on kerr's mingw32 page you may wish to check out:

	Installer.exe
	python-tarlib.py

at
	ftp://ftp.python.org/pub/python/contrib/System

These tools remove the need for cywin binaries in your build system.
