These failures occur only on OSX: I have no idea how to diagnose them. The ComponentLookupError for '__main__.IFooMarker' shouldn't be able to fail at all.

Just guessing, as the error message is in Dutch. These failures appear to be due to Windows' unwillingness to unlink a file which is still being held open: perhaps this is a sign of a leaked thread / subprocess?
Spot on. Changing the buildslave's language is only possible by re-installing it. In the future we may setup a windows 7 buildslave in English.
